Program Changes: The Conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including themes, content, speakers, hosts, moderators, schedule, venue, and time, without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official conference website as soon as possible. Please note that refunds or compensation will not be provided for such adjustments. The Conference organizers are not liable if the event cannot take place due to reasons beyond their control.
Fee, Registration, and Cancellation: Payment for the Media for All 11 Conference is due before the event. If payment is insufficient or declined, access to the event may be denied, with no refunds issued regardless of attendance.
Liability: The Conference organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from program, venue, date, or speaker changes.
Recording and Photography: Participants consent to being photographed and recorded during the event, with the organizers retaining the right to use these for promotional purposes. Video and audio recording by participants during program sessions is prohibited.
Personal Data: Your registration involves the collection and use of personal data necessary for event organization. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Force Majeure: The organizers are not liable for damages, costs, or losses incurred if the Conference is postponed or canceled due to events beyond their control.
Disruptive Conduct: The organizers reserve the right to remove attendees causing disruptions or hindering the conference experience for others.
Compliance with Local Laws: Participants must adhere to all local laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Non-compliance with these regulations may result in removal from the conference. These guidelines aim to ensure a safe and productive environment for all attendees.
