Conference registration fee includes (1) Conference Materials, (2) All Paper Sessions, and (3) Refreshments and Lunches. No partial refund if the registrant does not attend any part of the event.

Pre-conference workshop registration fee includes (1) Pre-conference Materials, (2) One workshop, and (3) Refreshments.

All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

Your conference registration only becomes effective upon receipt of payment of the registration fee. No refund may be processed after payment settlement.

Full-time students are required to upload a soft copy of their valid student ID cards in the online registration system for verification.

All registration fees will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. For overseas participants, the exact amount of the registration fee will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.

Program Changes: The Conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including themes, content, speakers, hosts, moderators, schedule, venue, and time, without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official conference website as soon as possible. Please note that refunds or compensation will not be provided for such adjustments. The Conference organizers are not liable if the event cannot take place due to reasons beyond their control.
Fee, Registration, and Cancellation: Payment for the Media for All 11 Conference is due before the event. If payment is insufficient or declined, access to the event may be denied, with no refunds issued regardless of attendance.
Liability: The Conference organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from program, venue, date, or speaker changes.
Recording and Photography: Participants consent to being photographed and recorded during the event, with the organizers retaining the right to use these for promotional purposes. Video and audio recording by participants during program sessions is prohibited.
Personal Data: Your registration involves the collection and use of personal data necessary for event organization. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Force Majeure: The organizers are not liable for damages, costs, or losses incurred if the Conference is postponed or canceled due to events beyond their control.
Disruptive Conduct: The organizers reserve the right to remove attendees causing disruptions or hindering the conference experience for others.
Compliance with Local Laws: Participants must adhere to all local laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Non-compliance with these regulations may result in removal from the conference. These guidelines aim to ensure a safe and productive environment for all attendees.
